FRANCHISE OPERATIONS
The WILD WING ® Team is comprised of hard working and dedicated individuals who are willing to give it their all. When a new franchisee joins the WILD WING ® Team, he/she acquires the right to use the WILD WING ® name, trademarks, image, logo, and procedures throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement
(10 years). The franchisee runs the restaurant using an established concept under the direction of an accomplished management team. Throughout the entirety of the agreement, the Wild Wing ® Family acknowledges and agrees to provide continued support to its franchisees in each of the following departments:

OPERATIONS
To ensure consistency throughout the WILD WING ® chain, a skillful management team is accessible to assist new owners in everything from preparing and opening his/her first WILD WING ® restaurant to maintaining and monitoring its progress. Although the owner(s) are there to maintain day to day operations, the Wild Wing ® management team will help provide the infrastructure required to make certain that all WILD WING ® Restaurants offer the same quality and service.

TRAINING

The WILD WING ® family prides itself on providing exceptional service. We cannot emphasize enough how important it is to not only be proud of your product, but to know it inside and out! , WILD WING ® Restaurants provides its new franchisees training, that focuses on the practical aspects of the operation. The training is held at a designated WILD WING ® training facility, and is conducted by one of our informative corporate trainers.

MARKETING & ADVERTISING
WILD WING ® marketing department uses a variety of innovative marketing tools and techniques to entice customers from all over Ontario. Franchisees are required to pay out one percent (1%) of monthly gross sales to an advertising fund which is governed by a franchisee advertising committee.

REAL ESTATE
Finding the right location is extremely important in running a successful business. Please note that all prospective sites for WILD WING ® Restaurants must be approved by WILD WING ® personnel.

ENGINEERING
As previously mentioned, consistency throughout the WILD WING ® chain is imperative. To ensure all stores have the same unique atmosphere, WILD WING ® directs new franchisees to an experienced design and engineering team to assist in the design and development phase.

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION
To become a WILD WING ® franchisee, adequate capital is required. A personal net worth of at least $500,000.00 is required in order to become a franchisee; $250,000.00 of that amount must be available in cash or liquid assets for the franchisee to invest as equity in his/her new business. Franchisees are required
to obtain all of their own financing. However, our Franchising Department will be happy to direct new franchisees to our preferred lender. Although, WILD WING ® publishes certain estimated cost information, WILD WING ® is unable to disclose
financial projections or earnings claims.

ESTIMATED RESTAURANTS COSTS
The following costs are estimated costs involved in opening a WILD WING ® and are subject to change. The estimates below are based on a 2400 sq ft – 3000 sq ft. location.

WILD WING STEPS TO OWNERSHIP

All restaurants 2,400 sq. feet – 3,000 sq. feet

Stage 1 - $35,000.00 + taxes (Unencumbered)
1. Franchise Fee

Stage 2 - $65,000.00 + taxes (Unencumbered)
1. Rent, Legal, and Deposit
2. Architectural fees, Design and Permits
3. Site-Coordination and Training
4. Marketing, Franchisee Support Systems, and Menus

Stage 3 - $250,000.00 + taxes (Payable to Wild Wing Restaurants Inc.)
1. Leasehold Improvements
2. Restaurant Equipment
3. Furniture
4. Signage
5. Exhaust System

Stage 4 - $90,000.00 + taxes (Unencumbered)
1. Audio, Video Equipment and Installation
2. P.O.S. - Point of Sale System
3. Initial Inventory
4. Operating Capital
5. Miscellaneous and Incidentals

Total Investment: $440,000.00 FEES & ROYALTIES

New franchisees are expected to pay a one time fee of $5000.00 plus GST, which is charged only after the prospective franchisee has filled out the provided application, signed the Binding Letter of intent and has been approved by Wild Wing ® Restaurants Inc. The $5000.00 is paid to Wild Wing ® Restaurants Inc, and will be applied to the franchise fee if the franchisee and franchisor coincide. In
order to use Wild Wing ® Restaurants Inc name, trademarks, image, and logo, new franchisees must pay the remainder of the franchise fee of $35,000.00 on accepted signatures of franchise agreement. Once the restaurant is operating, the franchisee must pay five percent (5%) of the gross sales to Wild Wing ® Restaurants Inc and pay out one percent (1%) to the Wild Wing Ad Fund.
